By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on bk2299 (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with bk2299's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bk2299 concerning your use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bk2299 Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and players who participate in real-money gaming, sports betting, or promotional activities. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification: bk2299 may require you to complete identity verification at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 days from the date of the request — may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits:

• Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically reviewed and dispatched within a few hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next available business day.
• bk2299 reserves the right to conduct enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns. Such checks may extend the processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds that have not been used to satisfy a wagering requirement remain withdrawable at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

bk2299 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. General Bonus Rules:

• Each player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus only once. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as a violation and all associated balances forfeited.

• Use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to mask your actual location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

Violations of these obligations will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed — permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances. bk2299 cooperates with law-enforcement authorities and financial institutions as required by applicable law.

All content on the bk2299 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk2299 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk2299 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from bk2299.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's design, software, or content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the bk2299 brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

Game content made available through the bk2299 Platform — including slots, live casino games, and sports data feeds — is licensed to bk2299 by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studios. bk2299 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of bk2299 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law, and may result in civil or criminal liability. bk2299 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to any such infringement.

bk2299 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Maintaining more than one account simultaneously.
• Use of prohibited software or engagement in collusive behaviour.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law-enforcement body, or financial institution.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your bk2299 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to applicable wagering conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Real-money balances held at the time of closure due to a terms violation may be withheld pending investigation. bk2299's decision on the outcome of any investigation is final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
